My Sister-In-Law, lives in INDIA, is getting in alliance who has GC. What is the difficulties in getting married that guy, to enter to USA. What is the procedure and how long will it take her to come to USA. Please advise?
if he remains a GC holder, it will take her about 5-6 years from the moment of application to get the immigrant visa. Things would go faster, if he gets citizenship.
