I and my family have applied for concurrent process and RD is 03/11/2003. I did receive my EAD card. Due to some personal reasons, I want to send my son to a boarding school in India in grade 5. At present he is on H-4. Does any body sees any implcation on his pernament resideny application. Also is it possible for him to stay out of country for this long. I just want to send him to boarding school only for 2 years.
