quick reply: No I didn't go because of my lawyer. I sent them a letter with the reschedule request, and now waiting for a new date.
 
Hi guys

Still waiting for my interview reschedule...

One of my friends from Canada adviced me to immigrate there... but filling in the form... which then takes about 6 months to review... I look at the form and it very basic... no hard questions... I was thinking that having it as a back up plan if something might go wrong with US process... however, if I send the application form now, will it harm my US asylum process?? Does anyone been through that??

THERE IS NO WAY TO CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR "ASYLUM APPLICATION ONLINE". THE RECEIPT NUMBER WILL NOT WORK IN THE USCIS ONLINE.
I THINK THIS IS THE 2ND TIME WE ARE TELLING YOU THIS. You can call USCIS customer service, and they will tell you the same thing.

Just chill, and wait for the reschedule... if more than 60 days have passed, send a letter, call, or go in person to the asylum office to follow up.

I waited 45 days for my reschedule in SF.

Maybe I asked that question already, and you never know maybe I will ask it again. Considering that you have been through all of this, I would think that you might be a bit patient with people who are presently dealing with that sort of situation, and not write in caps just to make me feel like an idiot.

You need good lawyer , A must do not go without good lawer better spend money now than after.....My case is dragging in courts for 17 years, and it cost arm and leg , just cause my first lawyer was not experienced .
I heard rumors that most I Judges denies most cases cause there will be immigration reform, and they dont want responsebelety.
As a John Smith said ,this P A with I judges is all crap , like a gamble. But any way you never know.

I just wish I had listen to people's advices in this forum , I would save bunch of money . thanks god most of people in this forum was lucky inaf to have it and are setled PA is always paynfool than ,you got to wait for plastic, hopfully things will change.
Just curios what is better "Plastic miracle " with no limit ? ore GC ....? :D

Nobody was answering your repetitive question for days. You should be thank you that someone at least answered you that specific question for the 2nd, 3rd time.

And BTW, It is opt to you if you feel like an IDIOT due to the caps letter, definately that was not my intention.

This is a public place to post, IF YOU DONT LIKE IT, go away... you dont OWN IT...

Good to here about your reschedule. I think u owe coordcova624 an apology he was trying to be helpful sometimes I forget to turn the CAPS pff and realise it later but when the message is not a professional I just leave it like that
