Hi all,
I need a little help here as I am in real dire straits.
I have a receipt number from VSC as I am trying to get a H1B visa through the cap exemption clause. I had an RFE from VSC asking for evidence to prove my education systems affiliation to an institute of higher education. I have waited and waited for my employer to get this information and have spent hours chasing people up all to no avail. In fact the worse thing has now happened. The education system that signed my paperwork have now decided to recind their offer and are refusing to sponsor me. Can they legally do this??? I am at a total loss here as I really don't know what to do. I feel totally stabbed in the back. They said they would sponsor me, I paid all the money and now they are just refusing to help me at all. Any advice anyone???
