I filed my I-485 in EB-2 in July 2000 and the fingerprinting was done in Dec 2000. My company might fire me, can they withdraw my Green Card Application if they want???
 
Dont worry......

you will be fine since it has been more than 180 days since you filed your 485...Your GC process can continue with another employer
 
They cannot withdraw your appl. But just curious, u should have you GC by now if you have filed in J

Thanks... I know I should\'ve gotten my approval by now but unfortunately I\'ve heard last week of June is being processed right now...
 
Sam, assuming you and ManGC are the same guy, they are processing June/July \'01, not July \'00...
