Help needed to send renunciation and visitor visa forms via usps

Hi All

I am applying for "renunciation of Indian citizen ship/passport" via postal to
BLS International USA
4239 Geary Blvd,
San Francisco CA 94118

I got my US citizenship (naturalization) on May-23-2013.
I got my US passport issued on July-07-2013.

CAN I APPLY/SEND/MAIL MY VISITOR VISA FORM ALONG WITH RENUNCIATION FORMS

So I need to do the following
1. fill/send one order form only (both for visa application & renunciation form)
2. Send both visa forms and Renunciation forms in the same envelope
3. Also send only one prepaid shipping envelope with a tracking number for both the visa forms & renunciation form.
