Help needed to interpret form DS230 part I

Thanks Mom. I have put like that. I think I am done with DS230 for me and my wife.
I will probably send the forms via email tomorrow.

If you intend for your wife and children to receive their visas when you receive yours, you list them (wife and children) under 31a and put "NONE" under 31b.

31b is for beneficiaries who will not be processing their visas with you at the same time.
