My wife will be going for Oath day after tomorrow. She want to sposor her mother. we live in Arlington, VA. Can anyone tell me if we need to file for i-130 and i-485 together. Where should we send the documents. Is it to the Vermont or Local Arlington, VA office. I am confused where to send them to. Also, does she need to go for Medical Exam also (I-693 form). I also read that we can get waiver for Medical exam. Did all applied in Arlington applied I-693(Medical Test). Please post your experiences.
