Help Needed..RFE for EAD extension and 140 pending

I got 2RFEs (NSC) for I-140 and last RFE was responded 2months back. Still waiting for 140 decision. I and my wife applied for EAD extension. For my wife's case NSC sent RFE asking for copy of approved I-140 of the principal applicant. I need to respond to the RFE before July 8th.

Should I wait for 140 decision or if should I respond now? If so how should I respond?
 
I dont know what NSC is doing I hope they faund some problem with your I-140 and sent you RFE for I-140 and your employer or lawyer replied it. you can directly reply to your wife RFE (she has to reply and she has to singn the cover letter with name , address)

reply RFE attach your I-140 filing reciept and she should also attach copy of RFE letter and her I-485 filing reciept and EADfiling reciept copy, Color copy of her Driving licence or color copy of her first passport page that has has her DOB, name and photograph.
EAD and AP is based on pending I-485
