USCIS Customer Service is unable to provide you with any information about your case if you don't have your case #. Unfortunately for them you don't exist. You have to have your case # that they could track your application.
I just got Fax from attorney office and it states that "your I40 application cannot be accepted". becuase of that your i485 and all other applications will be rejected.
I think this attorney does not know where to apply I40.
My LCA approved from Chicago and I think I40 should go to Nebraska and then I can file my I485 etc to where I live. But what they did is they filed application to Vermont. Now They resent it again and I have to wait to get my orignal LCA back from attorney and look for good attorney to file my I40 and then 485.
Any advice/suggestion will be appricated...
One more thing how soon I can get my LCA duplicate copy from Chicago.
