Help needed: Police Clearance from Saudi Arabia

I am an Indian Nurse, presently working in Saudi Arabia (05 years). My I- 140 already approved & paid visa fee, now waiting for DS 230 Par 1 (Package-3) CP at Chennai (India) I lived different city in Indian more than 06 months (study & employment purpose).
Do I need get Police Clearance Certificate all the cities where I lived in India? If anybody processed at Chennai consulate, please share their experience.
As in Chennai consulate web site, Indian citizen who live outside of India should obtain a statement from the Indian embassy or consulate serving the area in which they are residing confirming that they have no criminal record. They will also need to obtain a PC from the country in which they live.
Do anybody have got PC from Saudi Arabia? Please help me, how to get PC from Saudi.

I got PC from sausi Arabia at Saudi Consulate New York for Canada Immigration, without any charge, sending tham finger print card.
Are you still looking to to get PC from SA?

How did you get a PCC from Saudi Arabia, I am planning to CP at Canada (last time Saudi Consulate issue me PCC when I present letter form Canada immigration).
