Hello,
My company filed my labour at mar 3rd 2003. But till now i didnt get my PR date and the case num. Do you have any idea when shall i will be received my case number and PR date. My lawyer says that he didn't received any number.
Can u please suggest me.

Well it has just been 2 months and you are already impatient. This is just the beginning !!

It usually takes anywhere from 4 to 6 months. Mine took about 4 months. Yes 4 months just to get the dates. As soon as the state gets the application they send a letter to the attorney. Make sure you are in good terms with ur lawyer. This was about 1.5 years ago. Dont know if that time has increased or shortned.

Due to curiousness i first posted the form. I have a good understanding with the lawyer. Thanks for the reply. So as per your exp it will take min 4 months.

Hi What is RIR - Problem cases as they are working on August-2000 RIR problem cases. When I filled my case with SWA in Feb, 2002, they sent us NOF twice and we replied them after that in August we got the letter saying that they had sent my case to Regional office. Since then no responce. Their automated system says that they have received application August 9, 2002.
