Help needed on which one to choose

I am in a situation where both my PERM(EB2) and Regular Labor (EB3) got approved on a single day.

PERM was been filed by my employer and EB3 was been filed by a subsidary of my Company.

PD for PERM is Dec 2005 and EB3 is Jan 2004.

I have option of going for one only.

I request opinions from this forum.

There are 2 yrs difference in PD.

But EB2 may move little faster than EB3.

However you must consider which company is stable, trouble free and financially sound for another 2- 3 years.

Then take your decision, if company is very good , PD is does not matter.

I depends on where you are from , if you are from India EB3 is sure going to take a long time to get to PD 2004 Jan (remember it still has to cross 2001 April), whereas EB2 is at currently at 2001 Aug so probably will get to 2005 Dec/ Current before EB3 gets to 2004.

That is what you need to talk to the attorney about.
