I filed my 485 at VSC on October 2003 and filed my wife's 485, EAD & Adv Parole on Mar 2005. I am currently on H1 status and it is valid until Nov 2006 and my wife is on H4 status.
My wife is planning to leave to India in Aug 2005 and return during Dec 2005. She can re-enter on H4 visa if my 485 is not approved before Dec 2005. But if my 485 gets approved in the meantime, can I mail her the Advance Parole document (assuming that it will get approved in few months) to India and can she re-enter using this Adv. Parole.
