Can anyone help me on this?
I have my valid H1 stamping until SEP 30th 2007 on my Passport.
I have my new H1 Until DEC 2008. Last time I got I-94 based on my new H1 (Got Until Dec 2008).
I am travelling to India on August mid and comming back to US on SEP 15th.
Is there any issues I willl face while comming back in the Immigration? Will they give the I-94 based in the Passport Stamping or based on my New H1?
Please help me on this..
