At what stage of 485 do you send email to Congressional & Consumer Relations Division XII/ CSC? Should we let lawyer do it? Thanks!

I hired a lawyer, but she didn't want to do anything for me after I485 was
filed. I have to do it myself. My case was pending for more than 1 and half years. FP was done already.
