Help needed on iEAD

Hi,

I filed my EAD renewal in the first week of March 2004(VSC)
My EAD is expiring on June 01,2004
My employer will not allow to work without having a valid EAD.
Now is there any way I can escape from the situation?
When exactly I can go to the local office to get an iEAD..
exactly at end of 90 days or even before /after?

after 90 days you can go to local USCIS office for iEAD with EAD filing reciept and fill up new Form I-765 and ID with you

I am in a tuff situation..
my ead is expiring on june 01. and 90 day period is ending on may31. and my employer notified me that i should produce ead on or before june 01 otherwise my employment would be terminated.

What do I do in this situation?..Please give me a suggestion..

1, take the unpaid on June 01 vacation till you get IEAD or EAD in hand

Dear it is your mistake and you should admit it, why you did not file EAD 6 months advance? every lawyer says better file EAD 6 months advance becase it takes time and they may send RFE, so it is better to file 6 months advance but you did file late and now facing the problem

Many post they have filed AP 2 months back and they want to go out what to do. Always file AP 6 months advance and always file NEW AP 6 months advance and keep Valid AP with you.
