Help needed - N400 Lockbox and fee

Gurus,

I have the following info.

I leave in NJ and I am sending my application to the following address with $675 ($595 and $80) fee. I am assuming the fee can be paid through one check.

Can you please confirm the above info is correct.

Yes, that is the fee and address on instructions for N-400.
