Hello gurus
I was wondering if anyone can help me on this question. I am working for a large multinatoinal company (I cannot name the company) on a H1-B visa. I might loose my job or I might move to a different department depending on my company's requirements. I know a friend who runs a consulting firm and he was asking me if I can work for him parttime while I am working on a full time job with my current company. I was wondering if I can hold multiple H1-B visas at the same time and work for both companies. The consulting company will know that I am working full time but is it necessary for me to get approval from my current employer to work on a second job. ANy suggestions before I speak with the lawyer at the consulting firm. Or has anyone here worked on 2 H1-B visas at the same time
