Some time ago, my wife came to US on K-1 visa sponsered by an American. But it didn't work out. They didn't get married. She overstayed her I-94 for a few months and went back to China. Then she knew me and got married with me recently.
I'm currently on H1 visa and applying my green card. I try to apply an H4 visa for her. My questions are:
1) will her previous record on K-1 visa and overstay I-94 affect her H4 application in the Consulate?
2) what's the fatest way to get her into US?
