I am preparing I-485 by myself now, I have one question for Part 3, item 1:
Have you ever in or outside the United States:
b. Been arrested, cited charged,indicted, convicted, fined or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinace, excluding traffic violations?
I was detained in the police station less than 24hrs because of persecution in COP, so how to answer the above question? If I answer yes, I don't think I can provide the certified copies of court records from COP.
