A friend of mine is preparing to apply to universities in US for higher studies(MS in Elect.Engg). I've few questions that I want answered for him:
* How much liquid assets one has to show just for applying to universities ?
* Is this amount the same which needs to be shown when he goes for VISA stamping 4-5 months later ??
* Can anybody point me to any web site, which explain the complete process in details ?
* Can I sponsor a friend of mine for his studies here ?
