Help needed - Checked AVM - RFE for EAD

1) Who get the RFE letter - me or Attorney ?
2) How long does it take to reach the letter ?
3) anyone experienced the same

Usually, the attroney gets the RFE

I got a RFE for my I-485 application. and they sent it to my attorney only. so keep in touch with your attorney. if you did not get within 10 days, call up the INS number. and talk to IIO.

RFE EAD

I too share your situation. My attorney has not yet received the RFE but he feels that will be something minor like Photo/Signature etc. I was apprehensive about the Employment Letter, but he says that is not normally the case with EAD RFEs.

Strangely, I do not remember ever sending my signature card ever, so it is probably something that my attorney\'s paralegals forgot.
 
CSC and NSC needs signature on particular form for EAD

CSC and NSC needs signature on particular form for EAD. If your lawyer is not familiar with CSC ( Lawyer\'s from East Coast) then they wouldn\'t have submitted the form with your signature.

Two of my friends got RFE for EAD and the RFE was for signature. There I-140 was approved from VSC.
