Help Needed - Can I switch Employer after 140 approval?

Hi,
I have my EB3 140 approved with a company. My company wont revoke my 140. I am on my 5th year completion on H1B. If I change employer and apply perm and 140, should I complete this process before my 6th year end?

Or can I use my previous 140 approval to get H1B extended?

Yes, as long as previous I-140 is not revoked at the time of H1B extension approval

GC is for future employment .. if the company does not revoke the 140 then all the terms and conditions for the labor and GC remains.
