Help needed about H1 visa stamping

Hi,
I have my H1B visa stamped on my passport. I have now changed my employer, I have my new H1b petition approved. So if I travel out of US do I need to get my passport stamped again for the new employer. Is my earlier stamp valid even though I am working for new employer.

----- NO need of new Visa stamp if you enter US again and that Visa is valid, at POE you need to show Passport Visa stamp(through past employer) AND New H1 approval or Transfer notice and you will get I-94 till your new H1 approval notice, check the date of I-94 at POE if mistake point it to officer or ask for supervisor
Is my earlier stamp valid even though I am working for new employer.
