Help needed - 3 yr H-1 about to expire - Employer not available

Hi,
My employer sponsored me for a H-1B visa. I work in the IT field and from India. I am in the US. My 3 yr H-1B is about to expire in June (June 3rd '03). I have been contacting my employer (this is a consulting company with headquarters in the different state than I am) for the past 1 1/2 months but have not heard from them. They have also not paid me for about that much time. My main goal is to first get an extension on my H-1 so that I am not out of status.
Also, I am planning to get married to an American citizen on Aug 3rd this yr. At that time, I plan to start my Green card processing. So, I want to know what my options are.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You are saying that you did'nt get salary from last 1.5 months. Thats impossible, u can approach labor department and file a complaint.

I guess after getting married you can file application for work authorization and it usually takes 3 to 5-6 months to get the work authorization card.
