32 months have elapsed since we filed our I-485, and still no info. from INS...
We are looking for GOOD attorneys in the Chicago area who can take over our cases from my current employer’s attorney who is located in Dallas. Our cases will involve the change in employer (similar job) and the change in location (from Dallas to Chicago).
Since our cases are currently with the Dallas local INS and will be transferred again to the Chicago local office when we relocate, attorneys with good connections with the Chicago INS would be better!
Below is the brief history of our cases:
RD 6/99 (Yes, we have been waiting for almost 3 years)
ND 7/99
1st FP 8/00
Transfer to Dallas INS 12/00 (Dallas office never responded to our numerous inquiry requests)
