Hi All,
If you don't have a experience letter from a previous company, will it be a problem in GC processing
If yes, what are the other option?

Thanks in advance

I know for 140 you can always get a letter from your colleagues stating your roles and skill sets.. Not sure for the Labor...

Your qualifications are only minimally evaluated at the LC level so an experience letter is not required. Ir n expeerience letter on compny letterhead is not availble, yoou shoud get a sworn affidavit (at least one) from someone that worked with you during that period. USCIS does not have to accept the affidavit but I have never had them refuse to accept one.

U can it from your collegue who worked with you. I did for one of my friend. He was not good realtions with the employer. i gave him the letter saying that duraions and skills, etc.And also u need to notarized the letter from the Notary.
