Your qualifications are only minimally evaluated at the LC level so an experience letter is not required. Ir n expeerience letter on compny letterhead is not availble, yoou shoud get a sworn affidavit (at least one) from someone that worked with you during that period. USCIS does not have to accept the affidavit but I have never had them refuse to accept one.
U can it from your collegue who worked with you. I did for one of my friend. He was not good realtions with the employer. i gave him the letter saying that duraions and skills, etc.And also u need to notarized the letter from the Notary.
