I have read some post here stating that one can work for a non-sponsoring company if the applicant can convince the sponsoring company to continue sponsoring. Question is what happens when petitions are approved? Reason why i asked is my 140/485 havent been approved but i am thinking to work for someone else. And i mite be able to convince the petitioning employer to continue sponsoring my applications. Any feedback greatly appreciated. Thanks.
