help need in title and salary question!!!

I need expertise opinion here.

Early this year I got promotion because of my performance, so my title and salary got changed based on it. Right now I am filing I-140 and I-485 forms, first my atternoy suggested me to use old title and current salary, but now he suggests me to use current title and salary because I told him my responsibility is not changed. But my labor certificate was applied based on the previous title. Anybody who has similar experience or who knows about it please give me some advice which way is better. If I use current title, would it cause any extra trouble?

Thank you very much.

I will tell my lawyer about it. I don't know if he will agree to do so. And I feel very uncomfortable to use current title because INS would easily find excuse to restart labor certificate even though there is no change in the responsibility. I will give update.
