I am on H1B(valid till April 2004) and my wife on H4(valid till April 2004), both stamped in our respct. passports
I changed jobs within same company and had to therefore apply for new H1B.
Now my wife also works for the same company and we both now have valid H1B approval forms I797 and I94 in our posession.
1. We would like to visit Toronto, Canada on Canadian visitor visa in next couple of weeks. Can we go to Canada on current valid H1 and H4 visa stamps respct. and come back to U.S. without new H1B stamps? Any advise or concerns for travel?
2. I am also planning business travel to Europe in October. Any advise or concerns on returning back to U.S. on current valid visa stamp in my passport?
