I have successfully passed the USC interview test and IO has congratulated me. Everything was cool. He wanted to see my marriage certificate but it was not with me at that time. Because USCIS didn't ask me for this certificate to bring at the day of interveiw. Then IO told me to send the photocopy of marriage certificate to him straight way and then he will issue me the oath letter. He gave me a letter in writing the same thing. I sent him certificates in same day and might be he received it tomorrow. But my question is:

01. Why my case is not showing last updated after the interview? It shows the lUD when they issue me the interview letter, two months before.
02. I think my case should be jump in case status from "interveiw and testing" to "oath letter or document production" staze. But it's not. Why?
03. How long I need to wait for oath letter after they got the require documents after successful interveiw.

Pls help buddies.

The online system status is not accurate, so don't rely on it. It's impossible to say when you'll get your oath letter, but within 2 months of interview is normal. Be patient and you'll get it soon.

Married applicants should always bring the marriage certificate to the interview no matter what, even if applying with the regular 5-year rule. They ask for it very often.
