i recieved my gc just a few monthes ago and was waiting for my childs to be approved. Just last year my child went to get her fingerprint and finished that procedure. now they send me a letter saying that her 485 was denied because we had failed to send to furnish proof of payment, but we did.
we started this process in april of 2001.
we had a interview in december of 2002 and they said that i and my daughters file needed to be seperated. my husband then sent in the seperated files. they said that sent us a letter saying that we failed to proof of payment, bur we never recieved that letter!
what are we supposed to do?
