Help - missing interview letter

Just got off the phone with an IO who informed me that they've mailed out the IL a month ago. I obviously haven't received it. She's asked me to make an Infopass appointment. What should I expect - will I get a duplicate IL or do I have to wait for one to be mailed out?

They will print one out for you at InfoPass.
 
My experience

My interview letter got damaged accidently, but still readable. To avoid any trouble at the interview, I decided to make an infopass trying to get a new one. The IO at Detroit office said she could not print another one for me and did not give me any reason. When I insisted, she got a little not nice. She told me that at the interview date, make another infopass just before the interview, and they will give me a pass to enter the building and take the interview.

Finally, I taped my interview letter together and there was not any trouble at all.

You just had the misfortune of getting a nasty IO. All they have to do is click on the "PRINT" icon. In fact, I found out about my scheduled interview through InfoPass. The IO checked my status in the computer and told me that my interview was scheduled. She then printed out my IL without me even asking for it. When I got home from work later that day, the real IL was waiting in my mailbox.
