Help: Missed finger print appointment,only got the notice from lawyer

It 's my second finger print already.
My appointment date is jan 17 at boston ASC. I did not get the notice. Only today my lawyer send me his copy of notice. Am I in trouble ?

Whatever happened was very bad, but do not panic. Most of the ASCs are very accommodative.
Go to center asap, and explain them the situation, most likely they will accommodate you, if not same day, they will tell you when you can come back.
I worst case, you can try for rescheduling from VSC.

You can go to the ASC for FP within 87 days of the FD notice date.

As others have stated, you can get the FP done after the date, but the sooner the better.

Do not be surprised about this. My attorney's office mailed me the notice of my last FP appointment the day after it was supposed to occur (I had my own copy so I did it early) and I am still waiting for them to send me notice of the interview I had almost two years ago.
