Help! Misplaced I-797C form appointment tomorrow AM!

Hi - the dumbest of things happened. Appointment form (I-797C) for my 2nd biometrics (to remove condition on GC) was on kitchen counter now it's gone. We've searched everywhere and it's not here. Appointment is for 10am tomorrow. What do I do???

Don't panic, sit down and remember what may have happenend to it. Did you take anything out of the house today? If not it's gotta be physically somewhere. Did you file it away, pick it up? Nobody leave the kitchen! Make the cat barf!
 
I've looked everywhere! I have a feeling the wife threw it out, and it was garbage day today so I can't even look through the trash!! urghh!! What happens if I show up without the appointment form?
 
I don't know what will happen ... you can always try. I believe if you miss your biometrics you can reschedule, and hopefully it'll give you time to get a substitute form (infopass?).

If you remember the time, then make your appointment. Explain the situation. Using your A#, they (ACS staff) should be able to verify your appointment.
