Since my sister will co-sign for me. How many year of tax return do I need from her. Is that 2010,2011 and 2012?

Yes, tax returns + W2/1099 for 2010, 2011, and 2012. Or IRS tax return transcripts for those years (if you have IRS transcripts the W2 and 1099 will not be required).

I got it! We planning to send my packge next week, but since my wife she applied for her US passport they haven't return her Natu of Cerfiticate yet. Can I just sumit the us passport to proved citiZenship?

You only need to submit a copy of her US passport or naturalization certificate (but the original should be brought to the interview). I hope she took a copy of the naturalization certificate before sending it for the passport application.

Got my receipt notice on friday Nov 8. I wonder when they gonna send me my fingerprint notice?

FP notice usually arrives 2-3 weeks after the receipt notice.

The employment authorization is normally approved 2-3 months after the I-765 application was submitted.
