such a difference in age between couple is a definately a red flag that this marriage was purely created for immigration purposes, not any other. sorry, just reality check.



and how will the prove their marriage is genuine? photos? bills? lease? gifts? buying somebodys a crap is easy. staging on the photos is simple. adding someons name to papers is an easy task as well.

The only real prove would be a child on its way, but like someone said unfortunately USC is getting old and that "prove" would be hard to present (sorry, lack of words here)

I speak for experience... between my wife and I there are 14 years... and of course I was worried it would become a hassle the age gap. It didn't!!!

IOs can look past age and other things, of course if the guy is 24 and looks like a kid outa college and lady 41 looks like his mother and the IO doesn't feel any bonding/caring between them he will talk more fiercely and rely on age gap to identify is it is bona fide or not.
