Dear Sir / Madam,

My husband is a DV2005 winner and we've just sent our application forms to KCC.
after going through some DV related forums today, I realize maybe we have done a silly mistake in our application forms. This is making me restless....so kindly give your comments:

1. In the name of the petitioner (on my and our daughter's forms)we've given our respective names whereas i think we should have given my husband's name (the principal applicant)as the petitioner for us. On his form, he has put his name as petitioner so that must be ok.

We would be grateful if you kindly answer this question and tell us whether this will disqualify our applications. Thank you very much in advance.

well, yes, you should have put your husband's name as petitioner. However, It is not a huge mistake, and when you are called for an interview, you can correct the forms at the time of the interview, if needed.
