hi ppl...
I had my interview today...All the things went smooth except they have given me N-652 which states that I have passed the both test....but with that they also have given me N-14 forum:(...and on N-14 they asked for (1)California ID:( or Driving License and (2)Proof of Physical Presence in US...I told him during the interview that I have been gone after getting Fingerprinted on Jan 9th,2008 and came on July 4th,2008. but during that time I was enrolled in Online College....

So my Question is: Can I send My official College transcript to show that I was Still a US resident even though i was away for few moths? I was taking classes online when i was away...

Online college is not evidence of US physical presence. You'll need to show a rental or mortgage agreement of your US residence while you were away.
How long have you been away in total in the previous 5 years?

i have taken 3 trips to date to pakstan:
1)summer of 2005 total of 1 month and 25 days
2)on 3rd march to august of 25, 2007
3)on 11th jan to 4th of july 2008

last trip i took after i got fingerprinted(does that count)

plus i live with my dad in US...i also have bank account here does that count too??

one more point all the trips i have taken are less than 6 months so why did they questioned me

They are questioning you because the IO believes you might have been residing abroad. Since you recent trips are not quite back-to-back, there is a good chance you can be approved by showing proof that you maintained a residence in the US during your temporary trips abroad. Usually this sort of proof is comprised of:-
- mortgage/lease agreements and payments
- car payments, insurance
- bank statements showing you continued to live off your US funds
- tax returns showing you filed as a resident
- affidavits from members of immediate family (e.g. your Dad) showing that they remained in the US while you were overseas
- documents showing you knew in advance that your trip was temporary and of a known fixed duration.
