Help me, what would be the best time to call TSC?

I called several times in the day and have been trying for many days in vain. Could you help me telling the best time to get hold of them? All the time, I hear busy signal.
 
Try the following

Only sure fire way I have heard of getting through I know off is wake up early and dial TSC. When I say early I mean 2 hours earlier. TSC opens at 8 AM so start calling about 6 or 6:30 AM central. Once you are in keep hitting the different options over and over again till 8 AM. Then just after 8 AM hit the option to speak to an IIO. You will then be in queue till one answers (just hope you don\'t get dropped)

Rest of the day is hit and miss since there are even more people calling during the day. However, if you have the time during the day you could get an automated phone dialer for your computer and dial till you connect to TSC and then hit the option directly to speak to an IIO (still will have to wait in a queue like any other customer service center)

I spent an entire day from 7:15 am til 16:15 and could not get through. BTW at TSC you cannot speak to an IIO after 4 PM central
