about document delivery confirmation

Hi there,
I have been selected for diversity visa of 2014. I have received my first letter and have processed for my second letter . i have submitted my all documents and details to KCC via postal mail. is there any way to confirm whether my documents have been delivered or received by KCCor not. I have emailed my name, case number and date of birth through email to KCC but auto reply is received to confirm to provide my name, case number and date of birth.

Please revert me back if you have any solutions.

Thanks

If your case gets put on AP at the end of your interview, you can request to have your passport with your pending the conclusion of the administrative processing. The embassy will get in touch with you when they're ready to issue your visa, they will ask you to send in your passport. Plus, they do not always request to have the passport with them in all AP cases, there are cases where they out-rightly tell you to leave with your passport, again in such a situation, they contact they applicant when the AP has been satisfactorily completed. So requesting for your passport will not be frowned upon.

You may have given your date of birth incorrectly - it is required in US format mm-dd-yyyy. Alternatively at busy periods the auto reply just goes out to ensure you have submitted the details correctly and you'll receive an answer within a few days.
