hello everybody
i was with my family on the interview last monday
we are in family visa category F3 (married sons and daughters )
My husband , myself , and 2 Kids
My sponsor is my mother
and everything was okey , but at the end conusl said
that incomes of the joint sponsor ( are too low - which is my father)
and he told as we need to send mail to embassy with I864a (contract between sponsor and household member )
my brother and his wife
and my mother must sign on those papers

my parents live with my brother her wife and 2 Kids
on the same adress
which is 6 peoples

household with us would be 10 peoples
okey and here is my question
if my brother making 40 000 $ on the year
, his wife 50 000 $ , my father 20 000$ , mother 6000 $

Question is this enough for all of us 10 peoples household size????

Just living in the same house doesn't mean all of them belong to the same household (as defined by both IRS and USCIS), unless your parents sponsored your brother as well. Household is not defined by residence, but rather by Federal Tax Income Return.

Minimum income requirement for 10 people is $59,587 according to the 2013 HHS Poverty Guidelines for Affidavit of Support.
