Hello,
My lawyer and comp screwed up with my labor cert paper adverts process.
It goes for I140 and gets an intend to deny because the work exp in the adverts is 3 months more than my actual exp.
I got some new documents from india to prove my employment for 2 more months. The papers were sent back to INS , NE .
The case gets transfered to AAO on Jan 19th '05. My I485 and my families I485 too gets transfered to AAO.It is still pending there.
In the meantime, My comp gets acquired by another comp. The name just changed , All my duties and designation remain the same. The new comp is going to let the INS know.
So, This is where I stand.
1)What do you thing I should do ? Should I just wait for the response from AAO, If yes, DO you think I have any chance?
2)Can I go ahead and re apply my labor with the correct exp when my I140 is still pending with AAO ? Is it possible ?
3) Is there any other loop hole ? I am working with my EAD which exp in aug 05. What do I do after that ?

My cirrent EAD is valid till Aug 2005

The new company is yet to take over, it might happen in the next couple of
weeks.
So, What I get from your reply is,
1) wait till the new company takes over
2) Apply a new I140/I485 with new employment letters to prove the labor application exp.
3)Once it is done, withdraw my old applications(I140/I485)

Questions:
1) Once I apply again, Will my old EAD be vaild till Aug 2005 , as it is ?
2) Would I be able to get a new EAD with my new application after Aug?
3) What happens after I apply fresh(140,485) and my I140 gets denied from AAO ?
