I've an H1 stamped from company A, then I joined Company B and got the approval I-797. Now I moved to Company C and applied for H1 transfer. I'm going to India end of this month and traveling on A's visa.. which is still valid. While coming back at POE, I can only show the approval of company B. What will be the date of my new I94 ? Do I need to tell at POE that I'm working for C now ?.. 'cas they definitely ask for current employer.
Slight twist to it is that Company B is planning on revoking my H1.. 'cas I left them.
I would really appreciate any help in this regard.
