Hello everyone:
We entered US (POE Atlanta) on 31 May 01 after CP at Chennai. My wife received her plastic card in Sept\'01 and I haven\'t received mine yet.
I called TSC and talked to IIO and my conversation with the lady wasn\'t pleasant. She couldn\'t open my information using my A#, but of course she has my info using I140 SRC#. She doesn\'t understand that I did CP and kept telling me that my I140 is approved and I have to do 485 here in US. I have to take pains to control my temper and explain her what CP is.. Then she asked me where I landed and told me to go to Atlanta and talk to immigration people there (because she doesn\'t have my file there in Texas). I told her that I am nowhere near Atlanta, at that point, she put me on hold for five minutes and came back and told me to go to local office and file for "Lost Visa Packet".
I really need help...!! what should I do?
