help ... lost old I94, have new I94 with H1-B

I lost my old I-94 the one which I had when I was on my F1-OPT. I have a new I-94 which came with my H1-B approval notice. Will they ask me for the old I-94 when I leave the country?

No, in most cases the I94 numbers will be the same! So you have to give this I94 while going out of US. Get a new H1 visa stamp before coming in...
