Help: Kicked out of School, my options?!

I've been berated enough for failing to keep up my GPA. I can't think straight right now and would appreciate any advise, email them to rs@cyberspace.org

Here is the situation I am in:
1. failed minimum GPA requirements for school
2. was sent a letter informing me that I'm being kicked out
3. Have a pottential employer that may h-1 me
4. most schools dont seem to give admissions/1-20s for summer semester
5. unable to research my options or get a straight answer from a lawyer, this adds to desperation.

that said, can any of you please tell me what my options are. I know most folks aren't qualified for legal counsel, but I need advise.

what are my options as far as f1, h1, vistor needed. do I need to be out of the country for any of them? what is the turn around time? how soon does the kicking university take to notify ins? can i get back into any other college program. how did others in the situation handle this 'matter'undefined

questions, questions everywhere, not a soul to answer.

maybe the question itself is the answer?!

applying asap for B1/2 status. Or,

applying and getting an I-20 from a language school (like ESL) asap. Or,

applying for H1 asap (has to be at the change of status stage, though). I know little of H1 stuff.
