One of my friends Uncle is in a complex situation.
The following is his situation:
His brother applied for green card(family based green card) 10yrs ago and at that time hes not married. But now he got the papers, asking him to come to an interview. The problem is he got married in the middle(i.e. couple of years after that) and they forgot to update the status with the USCIS or the consulate or whatever...
I am just wondering is there any procedure taht he needs to follow inorder to update his status and the second thing if he goes to the interview and gets the approval , can he take his wife along with him to US...
